Waddap With The Wheatgrass?

Since moving to ATL, I’ve discovered the benefits of Wheatgrass. This is the same juice bar Andre’ 3000 is said to frequent, so I figured I’d be kickin it here on the regular. The “Grand Slam” is four shots of naturally pressed juice, some ole real shit. They have a science to it. This shit makes you feel ready to roll! Bong Bong!

Dillon Ate . . . “Banh Mi” From Lee’s Bakery

Banh You? No! Banh Mi!

“Banh Mi” is a Vietnamese-style sub sandwich which is a fusion with the French Baguette. Props to Chef Jonah at Murphy’s Restaurant for hooking me up with “Lee’s Bakery” on Buford Highway and Clermont Rd. in Atlanta. Yo this sandwich is simply the best – $2.50 a piece yo – I’m at Lee’s Bakery damn near everyday – they call me “Tofu No Mayo”.

Certainly a highlight of Berlin cuisine is their Vietnamese / Thai food. Over here a lot of the restaurants serve sort of a hybrid of the two. This meal here is from one of Bat and Daisey‘s favorite spots, right around the block here in Neukoln.
