Rugged & Raw!

Recently my comrades, Batsauce & Lady Daisey have been staying with me here in the A. Aside from doing shows and finishing up our respective albums (all music produced by Batsauce of course!), we enjoyed a 4 day raw diet. We had mad juice and raw nuts as well, but here are some of the culinary highlights:

Capatavi Pasta w/ Gruyere, Aged Gouda, Parmigiano-Reggiano & Aged Farmhouse Cheddar. Topped with Panko bread crumbs and baked off. Finished w/ Scallion.

I’m so shameless! It’s all about me today! I’ve posted my very first cooking video for you all – its me picking green tomatoes from my garden, and frying ‘em up in the kitchen.
