Waddap With The Wheatgrass?
Since moving to ATL, I’ve discovered the benefits of Wheatgrass. This is the same juice bar Andre’ 3000 is said to frequent, so I figured I’d be kickin it here on the regular. The “Grand Slam” is four shots of naturally pressed juice, some ole real shit. They have a science to it. This shit makes you feel ready to roll! Bong Bong!

I Wake Up – I Drank Up!

The best thing about "Cristalino," is if you take off the "ino," you got "Cristal"

- Blood Oranges
- Clementines
- Pineapple
- “Cristalino” Sparkling Wine
- Jack LaLane Power Juicer!

I drank both.
Still Back in the Game Like Jack LaLanne . . .
Nothing beats raw fruits and vegetables – my only regret is I recently read it’s no good to eat fruits and veggies together, because fruits digest way quicker and it could upset your stomach . . . anybody got any thoughts on this? Oh yah – Dillon got the juice now!!

(L to R - Anjou Pear, Orange, Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi, Carrot)

Cheers, Salud, Prost! (I think I'm wishing this was coffee)

Mad Water.
Last year, when I was going to the chiropractor, she put me on to the fabulous Nikken “Aqua Pour” Gravity water system – WOW. It was a grip (I was able to get the hook up so I jumped on it) – but totally worth it. The water is pristine – it takes 5 hours to filter a gallon!! It goes through ceramic, then carbon, and then this whole chamber of filters, then it is filtered over Japanese mineral rocks, and pours out through a magnetic spout, which makes the water errr . . magnetically correct (?) – there’s a science behind it . Highly suggested – and it’ll save you in the long run if you buy bottled water – reduce consumption, suckas!

80 ounces a day! - of Water that is!

Fresh Squeezed Mimosas!

Watermelon and Pineapple Mimosas
Bruncheon with Dillon – The Florida Mimosa
What’s better than waking up in the morning and popping a bottle of cheap bubbly! The soundtrack of my life! I love to use “Cristalino” as it is a syllable longer than “Cristal” and about $100 bucks cheaper. If you cover up the end of the bottle, (the “ino”) – you’re damn near already platinum! Here I’m using fresh Floirda oranges that I picked with my pops and little sis down in Punta Gorda, Floirda. Throw em in the Jack LaLane Power Juicer and its a wrap! Bomb! After I pounded the first few, I got a little ambitious and chopped up Pineapple and Watermelon – I’m drinking that one as we speak. Cheers, Salud, Prost!!
