Rugged & Raw!
Recently my comrades, Batsauce & Lady Daisey have been staying with me here in the A. Aside from doing shows and finishing up our respective albums (all music produced by Batsauce of course!), we enjoyed a 4 day raw diet. We had mad juice and raw nuts as well, but here are some of the culinary highlights:
Collard Green - Veggie Wrap, Field Green Salad, Raw Sesame Cabbage Salad
Collard GreenWrap w/ Bell Pepper, Avocado, Tomato, EVOO & Sprouts
It's a wrap!
Before the wrapping...
- Raw Broccoli w/ Sesame & Chili Oil
Cherry Tomatoes w/ Fresh Basil Oil & Nutritional Yeast
Salad before the toss
Raw Poblano Peppers stuffed w/ Guacamole, EVOO and Radish
Props to Batsauce on the Guac!

Catchin Culinary Wreck in “The Dec”
Recently I went to The Dekalb Famrer’s Market in Decatur, GA (Supposedly one of the best in the country) to get some necessities for the kitchen (many posts to come from that trip), and decided to eat at the Cafe inside. For those who have never been, all I can say is – you lose. This shit is bangin’! Imagine a supreme buffet line, with everything made from the ingredients in the market. Peep -
The first trip through the line - $8.70
*General Tso’s Tofu
*Yucca Bread (The BEST!)
Trip #2 - $9.30
*Some Little “Flan”ish Dessert
*More Veggie Lasagna, Squash, and Yucca Bread!
