I had to go to the job in a hot minute – but I was stuck on stoopid in the lab – so I hooked this up with the quickness!

*Trader Joes Truffle & Mushroom Flatbread
*Mixed Greens w/ Carrot, Red Cabbage, Red Onion
*Of course – Tomatoes from my garden
*Lemon Juice, EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar to finish.
