Rita was in town to pick up their other sister, Clarice, en route to the live performance of the “Suite for Ma Dukes” in LA- (incredible by the way -cop that!) Since I had Detroit in the mafuggin building, I had to represent southern style in the kitchen-

Southern Dillon gets it poppin – Polenta Cakes, Collard Greens (no pork in it, chumps!), Corn-Meal Crusted Cod, Pearl Cous Cous, and Cornbread! Good lawd!
